Voxie Tactics Champions Tournament
1. Agreement to Official Rules.
This Tournament is promoted and sponsored by AlwaysGeeky Games Inc. (the "Sponsor"). By participating, each participant (the "Participant") unconditionally agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final in all respects. The odds of winning depend on the number of players competing during the Tournament Period. If banned we can retroactively remove points from player and owner rental rewards.
2. Eligibility.
The Tournament is open to all, excluding employees or immediate family members of the Sponsor. Eligibility is subject to local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant without providing an explanation and may cancel, suspend, or terminate the Tournament at its discretion without prior notice.
3. Promotion Period.
The Tournament begins on November 19, 2024 at 5PM EST and ends on December 17, 2024 at 5PM EST (the "Promotion Period"). Results will be announced, and prizes will be distributed the week of January 20, 2025.
4. How to Enter.
No purchase necessary. Participants can enter by competing in battles within the Pro or Extreme Arenas during the Tournament Period. Points are earned based on battle performance, and final rankings are determined by the total points accumulated.
- Pro Arena: Requires at least one rare item to participate.
- Extreme Arena: Requires at least one Voxie to participate.
- Players must remain in battles for a minimum of 3 minutes to avoid point deductions.
- Only valid player accounts are eligible.
- Fraudulent or multiple player accounts may result in disqualification.
Standard data charges may apply based on the Participant’s internet or mobile provider rates. All entries are subject to review, and any breach of the Official Rules will lead to disqualification.
5. Prizes.
Participants are eligible for prizes based on their ranking on the leaderboard by the end of the Tournament. The total prize pool includes 1,000,000 Voxel, split between Pro and Extreme Arenas as follows:
- Pro Arena: 200,000 Voxel (1,500 players rewarded)
- Extreme Arena: 800,000 Voxel (1,500 players rewarded)
Additionally, players have chances to win Voxel Bonus Bags, Champions Chests, and NFTs during the event. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification.
Winners will be selected based on their ranking on the leaderboard at the end of the Tournament Period. The official list of winners will be posted on voxies.io
7. Winner Verification.
Winners may be required to verify their identity and comply with any additional Sponsor requirements within a specified timeframe. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate Winner will be chosen.
8. Liability Release.
All prizes are provided "as is." The Sponsor is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities incurred as a result of participation in the Tournament. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusions of liability, so these exclusions may not apply.
9. General Terms.
The Sponsor is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen events, such as natural disasters or acts of God. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules during the Promotion Period. Any modification will be announced via official communication channels.
10. Privacy.
All information submitted by Participants and collected by the Sponsor in connection with the Participant’s entry will be subject to and will be treated in a manner consistent with the Sponsor’s Privacy Notice available at: https://www.voxies.io/terms-and-conditions. By participating in the Giveaway, Participant hereby acknowledges that he or she has read and accepted the Sponsor’s Privacy Notice.
11. Rules and Regulations
- 1 player account per person can participate in each arena
- Follow healthy playtime threshold of 16 hours
- During the tournament time period, movement of any assets will not be restricted

12. Governing Law.
All local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by resident local law.
